You may request a refill only if the drop exceeds 40% of the originally delivered service amount. Drops below 40% are considered within the natural fluctuation range and are not eligible for a refill.
To qualify:
The service must still be within the 14 days period, as specified at the time of purchase.
Your account must remain public (not private, suspended, or restricted) during and after delivery.
You must not have used any third-party services that could interfere with the delivery or tracking of our service.
